Dr. C. James Scheirer is an independent consultant whose experience includes:
- Twenty years as a senior NIH administrator
- Five years as Associate Dean of a Medical School
- Eight years as a tenured member of the graduate faculty of a university teaching and mentoring in statistics
- Graduate and post-doctoral training in statistics
Jim can assist you with:
- Planning and preparation of grant applications, including SBIR applications
- Navigating the NIH grants and contracts system
- Advising on IRB submissions
- Statistics and research design
